Bill Castonzo joined the Go Go Luckey development team in January 2012, having previously contributed to the company’s development slate as a freelance writer and designer. He was promoted to vice president of development in January 2013.
Castonzo’s responsibilities include producing and directing presentations and pilots, drafting and polishing show treatments, and evaluating talent and partnership opportunities, in addition to managing the company’s creative growth. Bill carries a diverse and prolific production background, encompassing directing, producing, designing and writing for a variety of film, television and new media projects. In his first year with the company, Castonzo developed shows which went on to series at A&E, History and Sundance Channel.
Prior to joining the television industry, Castonzo worked as a graphic designer and fine artist. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from Drake University twice in four years, with degrees in Advertising and Graphic Design. He is also a graduate of the Los Angeles Film School’s production program, with concentrations in directing and production design.
